Clinic policies
Cancellations, memberships, transfers and treatment lengths — in plain language, so nothing is a surprise at the desk.
Please aim to arrive ten minutes before your scheduled massage so there is time to park and check in. We start and end each service at the scheduled time as a courtesy to other guests, so a late arrival cannot have the session extended.
Call the clinic and speak to a coordinator. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rebook. Inside 24 hours there is a $40 cancellation and rebooking fee charged to the card on file. A no-show is charged 100% of the scheduled service.
No. Our massages are affordably priced, so you can buy a single service at any time. If you come regularly, a membership or a series package brings the rate down.
A membership may be cancelled after the nine-month agreement with 30 days' notice by email to info@massageelevate.com. An early termination fee of $299 applies if you cancel before nine payments have been made.
Membership massages are not transferable and must be used by the end of the year in which they were acquired. Massages purchased as part of a series are transferable to anyone and never expire.
Every massage includes time for consultation, dressing and undressing. An hour appointment is a fifty-minute hands-on experience.
Yes, HSA and FSA are accepted. Massage therapy for a diagnosed condition is generally an eligible expense — check with your plan administrator if you are unsure what your card covers.
