The terms, in plain sight
Nothing here is buried in a footnote. If any of it is a problem, buy a series package instead — those carry no agreement at all.
- Minimum term
- Massage memberships run for nine months, then continue month to month. The Cryo membership runs for twelve.
- Cancelling
- After the minimum term, cancel with 30 days' notice by email to info@massageelevate.com. Cancelling before nine payments incurs a $299 early termination fee.
- Roll-over
- Unused monthly sessions roll over, but must be used within the year in which they were accrued.
- Transfers
- Membership sessions are not transferable. Massages bought as part of a series are transferable to anyone.
- Appointments
- Arrive ten minutes early. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or a $40 fee applies; a no-show is charged in full. All policies.
- Pricing
- Prices and services are subject to change. HSA and FSA cards are accepted at the desk.
