On Greenville Avenue, open seven days. The full Elevate massage and recovery menu runs here — deep tissue and sports work, cupping, Graston muscle scraping and lymphatic drainage.
This studio sits alongside our sister location, Sauna House, which runs the infrared sauna and cold plunge on its own menu at mysaunahouse.com. If you hold an Elevate massage credit, you can spend it there on a sauna and cold plunge session instead of a massage.
Every therapist who performs a service is certified in it. Sessions are 50 minutes hands-on, and cash, card, HSA and FSA are all accepted.
